Abstract: The Learning Management System (LMS) has been established in a number of universities worldwide to help connect students and lecturers without the confines of the traditional classroom. It is an environment with digital software which is designed to manage user learning interventions as well as deliver learning content and resources to students. Since the LMS system has already been implemented and it has also been made compulsory for the lecturers to apply in their daily lectures, it is vital to identify feedback of students as users of LMS. Previous studies have shown various findings in relation to the impact of using LMS in the higher learning environment in various universities worldwide. For many institutions, the Learning Management System, or LMS, is the most significant enterprise system for teaching and learning. The LMS is the means by which course information is distributed to students. LMS allows us to create and support an unlimited number of online learning courses that can be accessed by students from all over the world. Learning Management System (LMS) provides an integrated platform for content, delivery and management of learning as well as accessibility by a range of users that may include learners, content creators and administrators. Open University Malaysia, the seventh private university in Malaysia that fully operated as an Open and Distance Learning environment had successfully implemented the LMS to ease the learning process of their students as well as their administrators
