| Abstract: | In today’s world where security and protection is of prime importance, we have developed a software by which physical presence of an individual can be verified based by the detection of his facial features. The software can be used in attendance systems, access in the important areas of an institution, real time detection of the miscreants in proximity of the software. In the contemporary world where the number of mishaps and miscreants is surging, the software can be of great help in curbing them. The software exploits the uniqueness of certain biometric features.
