Abstract: Background: Around 47 million individuals worldwide suffer from dementia, which is a serious public health issue. A more severe kind of dementia that usually affects elderly people is Alzheimer's disease dementia (ADD). As the world population ages, dementia will become more common. The pathophysiology of Alzheimer's disease is still largely unclear. Therefore, we sought to glean new information from existing data.
